Ive seen that recent Motos have really good batt... moreindeed man ,using edge 30 ultra ,motos flagship and using 144 hz and battery it gives me 8 to 9 hours sot ,which is super awesome for a flagship ,it's competing against iphone in the battery department ,Android can't come close.

        But with that price tag, rather buy an iPhone.

              I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: No Chinese phone is worth close to or above $1k.

                No matter even 3 OS updates. Still Moto need to works on buggy RAM management as well as Battery life.

                I'm literally not happy with Moto because of above mentioned problems.

                3 OS updates is a good move, although.

                  In india it will arrive under 700$ so here it makes a good deal

                    As always the discussion will be full of "ifs", especially about price.
                    So no good start for Moto again...

                      Atm not so worthy.

                        India launch when?

                          I'm very unimpressed with most phones today, including stuff like the S23 Ultra, but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro really does look impressive. If the price came down a bit, I think it would be a very competitive offering that would sell well. The camera department is a bit weak, so I hope a Motorpla Edge 40 Ultra arrives with a better camera system, but other than that, it looks very promising. I do have to say that if I didn't own a Google Pixel 7 Pro, I'd be very compelled to get this.

                              Make 40 ultra with QHD + 100mm 1/2.9"

                                Buy the China version, it's the same phones minus the Android aosp skin but costs €550...almost half. And probably later you can flash the global rom.
