      However, the said mfgs don't offer such features in ANY CATEGORY. Not even in the super high end.

      They just keep removing features. Insane.

      My multi-driver IEMs with 3.5mm cost more than the most expensive iPhone 14 Pro Max.

      My phone has 256GB UFS + 1 TB sdcard (all in use).

      I'm a high end heavy user.

      I will select my phone to fit my needs (and my IEMs), not a crappy phone with $20 POS BT buds.

      So, Sony it is then.

It's not all about high sales for a midranger as they also don't want people who would buy a more expensive model in their lineup going for a cheaper midrange one if it offered too much. It costs surprisingly little to put of an ok ultrawide and ok zoom but people would have no reason to go for the more expensive models if they give you everything

          Why doesn't a ANY Chinese manufacturer make a mid-to-high end phone with:

          - 120Hz (AM)OLED
          - 16GB RAM
          - 512GB flash (UFS 3.1/4)
          - DEDICATED sdcard slot
          - dual sim
          - 3.5mm headphone jack
          - min 5000 mAh battery
          - not the usual crappy 2Mpix and 8Mpix secondary cams sensors

          It would sell A LOT.

          Alll the phones are just the same. Just using bad parts, removing features and raising prices.

          Guess it's down to Sony now. Everybody else is just copying each other.
