People in India have a mentality of value for money. If they realize that the product they are buying is overpriced for what it offers, they don't buy it (search for alternative).
Apple's overpriced devices in India are just status symbol. Couldn't you figure out why chinese devices are abundant here. Value for Money.

I’ve been to India many times before and almost everyone there uses a low-end or mid-range Chinese phone. That’s why companies are so reluctant to release their best models in the subcontinent.

Without Pro+, it's pointless to launch the Pro. However, the basic X90 is a solid choice for its price as a great camera phone.

For global release, the Pro only comes with 256GB version, which is pointless for most camera-phone buyers because we are talking about 4k video now and the price increase from 256 to 512 is usually worth the upgrade.

I just think Vivo has one of the most stupid marketing team of all phone companies. They have a superb Pro+, but won't use it for global branding work, which is the most essential thing to do for any top phone makers. One of the smartest? Samsung. Always gives you everything they got, and even tried very hard to give all that in the lowest possible price they could offer.

It would be interesting to see how these will be priced in India. Specs wise the x90 pro is worse than xiaomi 13 pro. But vivo being vivo will price is at same 79,000 and will later cry that no one buys their flagship in India.
Hopefully they price it really well considering it is - Dimensity 9200, No LTPO panel, and other than primary camera rest two are just mediocre in my opinion.
People would have considered x90 pro plus, at 80-85k, but anyways they wont launch it in India.😂
