Honestly speaking, your comment does not make any sense or whatsoever. G99 is a far better SoC than SD450 or even SD 680/685.

                        Compared to the SD450, which has 8 Cortex A53@1.8Ghz Cores and an Adreno 506 GPU, The Helio G99 has 2 Cortex A76@2.2Ghz and 6 Cortex A55@2Ghz Cores and a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, how could it be worse than the Snapdragon 450? Name one reason? is it because of the Mali GPU, is it because it's not made by Qualcomm, or is it because it doesn't have a cool name? Please give me a reason.
