Great phones with great innovation--and great storage markups. $143 to go from 256GB to 512GB??? It costs $17 to go from a 512GB to 1TB SSD from a reputable brand (Crucial P3 on Amazon). That's likely a 1000%-1500% markup on storage!

The contention around narrow screen I've found to be ridiculous because for me, when shopping or doing anything else that required me to handle the phone one-handed, meant I can actually do it and reach to the other side of the screen with my thumb. And if I needed bigger screen, I could just unfold it and the real estate then was beating any stupidly big candy bar phone.
      I understand if this type of phone is unimportant to you, we all have different needs. And that's the gist of it - stop telling other people what they need is not important because it doesn't align with your own needs.

        Speaks about boring devices, not trying to disrespect your opinion, but aren't those flat phones that already have tons on the market more likely to be boring?

          I was waiting eagerly for this phone and it is definitely awesome but unfortunately I was disappointed after realizing there is no periscope lens with a lame zoom and the absence of the IR blaster. I'll definitely keep my precious X Fold +

                Super Android 22, 20 Apr 2023I'd agree with most but i really like centre circle ca... moreI do think they've done the centre circle cameras better than any other phone manufacturer that does them (Huawei, Xiaomi, Honor, OnePlus, Oppo), but it still feels a little bland. At least it works really well with the design language of the rest of the phone.

I thought the find x5 series looked ugly until i saw them in person, man gorgeous phones (imo). Loving the x flips look, only flip phone I'd get based off looks haha.

                      I dont think they'll put 2 QHD screens on 1 phone, specially if they are 120hz it'll drain battery way too much and at atleast flip sizes 1080p is perfect (maybe a custom slightly higher resolution between the 2 would be best.)

                        So,the previous X Fold models had periscope zoom, this one does not. Quite disappointing. The Flip reminds me of the very first Galaxy Z Flip.

                          The Vivo X Fold2 actually looks really nice, which is not something that I would normally ever say about Chinese phones. The only problems I see with this is the telephoto lens being only 12MP and only doing 2x zoom, and the glass camera enclosure looking kind of ugly. The red looks really nice though. The dimensions are almost perfect (if only the outer screen was 6.7 inches and 3120 x 1440 instead, and the inner screen 8.2 inches and 3120 x 2880).

                            The Vivo Flip is a very ugly copy of the ZFlip.

                              Before someone starts about how cheap they are, remember these are Chinese prices which are always much lower than ones in Europe and elsewhere.
