Surface... moreif anything is close to beating an iPad it is Samsung, others are just overpriced intel chipped loud tablet PCs with poor battery life. When you look at a device, you have to look at it overall... not because it has one specific thing best in the market.

Once tablets were sold in India only by apple iPad and samsung galaxy series. However the duopoly ended soon as the Chinese entered. Everywhere in India I find people buying Chinese tabs. People who once bought iPad like me has such bitter experience that they never go for it again. The tablet screen started malfunctioning after 1 and half year.
Such cheap quality products... From apple.

If you don't type much and just want a nice screen to play games on and run apps, Windows and Android tablets are far superior than iOS ones.

Interesting pricing. Xiaomi Pad 5 at 29K, iPad 10th gen at 60K. This sits in between these two at 40K. If I am looking to save money, I will buy Xiaomi Pad 5. If I am looking for premium experience, I will buy iPad. Then there are Samsung tablets. I don't think this product will have many takers.

even in Europe its hard to sell. tab s8 its usualy around 600 euros with discounts, and you also get the pen. xiaomi tab 6 should be around 350-400. ipad air its at 600. so its like they knew its kinda overrpriced and they went with hype and the preorders without knowning the price. I am excited with that aspect ratio since I actualy use my tablet for reading.

39k is good price. It always is the most value for money to buy an android tablet for that. And then use laptop/pc for most things.

A very hard sell in india. Here if its a tablet then its an ipad. All other brands have zero presence here.
Well then there is also the byjus tablet which the sales persons scam poor people into getting.

38K is bad pricing. All recent Oneplus devices have done the Samsung approach of pricing their products "impossibly high" so that when they cut the prices to just "unreasonably high" after 6 months, it seems like a good deal.

Anybody who keeps up with tech must remember the android 11 update fiasco that happened with Oneplus. So for us, we know to be wary, but others don't care. Kinda like how Apple users in India believe themselves to be a part of some elite club when in actual reality they've just been scammed. It's honestly baffling how it happens.

OnePlus is projecting itself as the premium brand. And they are successful in doing so , at least in India.
So it will find buyers in India.
Tablets are good for the presentations and meetings. But in reality actual work is more productive with a Desktop or a Laptop.

And those are just off the top of my head. Real tablets where you can do real productivity, actually have a real file manager, can play real games/emulation not just mobile junk.

This is what happens when a company has superiority complexity. It is price high from a brand that is failing in the smartphone market. Nothing beats an iPad in the tablet world.
