Opera dies the moment they switched over to Chromium.
Literally no reason to use it today when there's Chrome if you want your data being harvested by the experts, Brave if you want extreme privacy stuff or Vivaldi if you want incorporated features.
Opera only has a legacy name going on for it nowadays and its owned by a Chinese company now. Original devs went away and made Vivaldi

This tab grouping feature was added to Firefox long before Chrome but they just removed it and made it an add-on. These days, Firefox is too busy following Chrome.

I feel like there are too many versions for Opera. Opera, Opera GX, Opera Mini, Opera Beta, now there's Opera One.

Been a (pretty) loyal Opera user for over 20 years, and even paid (subscription) for it back in the day. But have been recently moving over to Palemoon full time, as Opera is becoming far too bloated with so many features I am neither interested in or would ever consider using. I do still use it exclusively on Android though, as it is the only browser I know that has native 'Text Re-flow' when zooming webpages and a proper native 'Speed Dial'...
