Microsoft should laugh cuz they can simply buy exclusive rights for 1 year or more like sony has done since day 1. Or buy bethesda 1st. Then later on buy activsion then blizzard.               It is obvious CMA is protecting Sony. Anyway, how come Microsoft can't acquire an American Video Game Publisher while Sony who has about 80% of the UK video game market share of the high end console is allow to buy 2 UK video game studios Fabrik Games and Firesprite. This is a very rare decision by the CMA and maybe they need to check the people at the CMA who made the conclusion to cancel the deal. I'm just saying there might something fishy in the CMA that smells Sony.
