We are currently investigating this peak and will update this review when we can."

Your review claimed that ANC is very good.
This measurements show that ANC is basically useless https://www.rtings.com/headphones/reviews/sony/wh-ch720n-wireless

Nameless, 01 May 2023Also if you want to destroy your ears. You don't listen with too load volume. Do you? So no ear damage. But XB series have enjoyable and pleasant sound.

Sony needs to check their Software Planning team. Im sure the main team's lead is/are Japanese guys who has been there for a long time thats why they cant do anything for the longest time. Old school japanese work culture scks big time.
Sony's devices has exceptional hardware but is being held by their lackluster software division. マジで

Why no Review on how easy the battery can be replaced, otherwise these are just e-waste.

Wish this year sony launch new models of wh-h series.

Considering the worse sound performance and impossibility of folding them in a way to take less space, perhaps the older gen X series are a better buy.

It seems GSMArena have several audio gear review recently, albeit not deep enough but still understandable for majority non audiophile visitor. Since they already have ArenaEV, maybe they will start AudiophileArena as well 🤣

Always go for XB series. You will enjoy it unless you listen only classic. But if you like pop rap and similar genres you will be happy.

I would rather call it a specs reading out. Not a review. Headphones reviews are not this much plain. There's frequency target curves, mic test, anc test and so on

I bet airpods max do not last more than 10h

"For starters, it takes at least 17 clicks before you can reach the main page of the app after installing it because of the overwhelming number of configuration options the app dumps on your as soon as you launch it. Some on-screen prompts will also not go away unless you dig through the tutorial section to dismiss them. It's all becoming increasingly frustrating and it's baffling how no one at Sony sees it this way. Instead, they just keep throwing more things in the app with additional prompts when you first launch the app."

Sorry but the app is fine. How do you expect to teach users about certain features if not through a tutorial or a prompt?

Also, I'm pretty sure there's a skip button there, too. I saw one last week when I reinstalled the app.

I'm still very happy with my CH-700N. The one and only drawback is they squeaks when eating or similarly moving jaw or head. 720N might be the option if my currnet headphones die.

Thank god they don‘t look as goofy as the CH710N. Hopefully a worthy successor to the CH700N
