    Anonymous, 02 May 2023You can fake digital zoom, but you can't fake zooming ... moreor maybe meeting in the middle? as in completely dropping the wide lens, and only having an ultra wide and telephoto lens? you could have the UW lens be 50 MP, and when using 1X zoom, the phone uses the ultra-wide lens to capture it at 12.5 MP or something around that?

            If it still has a gap when folded, it's garbage. No matter what the specs.
            And all Samsung models are insanely overpriced. Would never get Samsung.

                Its rather unlikely but it would be nice if Samsung where to replace the ultrawide lens with a telephoto lens, even if its only 2x. Ultrawide lenses aren't as nice or useful as telephoto lenses, and in my experience, Samsung's UW cameras are iffy in quality, especially when compared to their telephoto lenses.

                  I still believe the Razr 2019 and Razr 5G looks better. And the next best designs are the Flip 3 & 4. Then vivo X Flip but I won't bother getting any Chinese brands since my network is selective with what works on it. Not a fan of the flat sides. The bigger cover display is nice but why the folder shape at the bottom?

                  The one thing I don't like about my Razr 5G's design are the sharp sides. It's neither flat or rounded. It's similar to the classic RAZR V3s. It's quite uncomfortable without a case and the case still doesn't make it comfortable. While my Flip 3 feels just right like holding a taller Pixel 3 that folds.

                  I wish that Motorola Rizr shown in CES becomes reality. Makes every current smartphone whether it folds or not look ancient. The most progressive tech happening is coming from handhelds. The Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 don't really wow. The Fold 5 looks more of the same like the last 3 years.

                    My uncle uses flip don't know which model. Pretty good but not for me. I would rather buy a phone from S series.

                      After these new renders, I suddenly like the outside screen. It actually makes the dual main camera design look better.
                      Hopefully, there is a notification or feature-set that makes use of the unique screen design.

                        5generaions and they still can't fix the crease....I'm still gonna buy it though,and upgrade from my flip 3.

                          This is a better implementation, anyway.

                                Why isn't the outer display squared off? It looks awkward.

                                Hopefully the hinge is more durable to impact than the Flip4's was
