RJ, 04 May 2023I’m just amazed for $479 you can get 144 hz refresh rate...... moreJust get a Tab S8 instead. 128gb storage is not enough for a tablet, you'd fill that storage up with just a movie or two or a few games. The android OS itself and the base apps take up almost 40gb these days. Install a few games like Genshin or Star Rail and you've basically filled up most of the storage.
The Tab S8(currently $600 direct from Samsung) comes with the pen, has micro sd card slot for expandable storage, has USB 3.2 for HDMI connectivity(great for vacations), has Samsung DEX, and has a better update track record. Just the Micro sd card slot alone should be enough to convince you to go with the Tab S8.
Or better yet just wait for the Tab S9. The pre order deals for the Tab S9 are most likely going to include a free keyboard with pre orders since Samsung has done that with the Tab S7 and Tab S8 pre orders. Should only be a few more months at most. It will also come with the SD8 Gen 2 which is by far a much much better processor over the Dimensity 9000. The only downside to the Tab S9 is the price will probably be around $700-$750 but that will still be cheaper than the OP Pad if you include the pen and the keyboard.

I’m just amazed for $479 you can get 144 hz refresh rate......loads of ram, storage, cpu, gpu....Everything you could want....A 2018 iPad Pro will cost you $500 bucks.....and it’s used.....only 1 year of updates.....lol ...and Apple charges $1,099 for their iPad with only 120hz refresh rate....One Plus charges $149 for the keyboard case......Apple charges $349 for the same keyboard case.....It’s nuts.....

However, there were some pre-order campaigns in which the charger was given as a gift, if you reserved your tablet ahead of launch. Otherwise, there's only a cable in the box.

But I think that was a misprint for the charger as you can clearly see on ShortCiruit on YouTube that it comes with the cable and charger. Plus Android Police did a review and mentions they are included too

Heyyo, err, is it just the Canadian version that doesn't come with a charger or something? Android Police review mentions it comes with the charger, same with on YouTube the ShortCircut review you can see cable and charger are included in the box

Not only does it have mediatek (so definitely no custom roms will be available) and an encrypted battery but it doesn't even include a charger. It will flop hard and they deserve it.
