I think this will be a failure. It's too big. Maybe it would be better to create a stereo mobile phone of same size with note2 but with 5.8 screen and slimmer bezel, with front facing speaker like the note 10.1

I think you need to get a grip.
Personally I love the choice Samsung provides, because 7" has handling issue. And not to mention they give good specs generously, so people who can't afford Note II may opt for these.
You may hate, but this what makes Samsung greatest phone maker.

It's a secret Samsung plan to sell more TVs. In roughly two years, they will tell you their TVs are also phones and phablets lol.
