i bought z10 like a month ago.. so far so good.
only lack of some main features, like:
- on dial pad, you cant dial using name, all pure number, they cant auto search contact...too bad =(
- the dial history incoming or outgoing or miss call , its not in threaded view... so so so frustating.
hope they fix this.

BlackBerry Z 10 is the best smartphone. I have used Samsung note1,2 and lumia 820 also. But I have sold all these phones and own a bb Z 10. I have a request that, first you use z10 then compare! Then only you can know the advantage. BlackBerry Z10 best smartphone. No I phone,htc, Sony, Samsung and all other phones don't have the quality of bb z10. It's amazing!!

Z10 is my second BB phone. Hated the old style myself. Comparing Galaxy Note 2 and Z10 contracts & plan, both costs the same. Till now, my experience is very nice and happy with Z10. Nothing I cant live with. beside updates are coming.

as for network returns i called at a third party retailer of new returned/ unsold stocks,
i collect old Nokia classic phones rare/ unsold stock ones reason being there,
there were 300+ Z10`s black/ white available, ten days after launch day, a little early
for so many phones to be available from just one source.

Otherwise you could have used at least one reason in first place. Now you might copy/paste stuff from here and there to make your point but is't it a fact that you had nothing to put on. My free advice . .Just give this phone a try first instead of trolling here and there. Trust me either you dont know nothing about Z10 or you are mentally incapable of seeing difference. Which makes you disqualified to use Z10.

Blackberry Z10 nis pathetic and am looking forward for the Q10. All my user friends and colleagues are upset wid their decision of buying the Z10. Not one positive comment comparing it wid other brands and technology.

The way you talk you do not own a Z10, I own one and have measured it against iPhone and Samsung S3, it makes their keyboard input look so old. I have used Whatsapp since and not once were the contacts affected on reboot. The only thing BlackBerry does not have at the moment is a few big apps (necessary), if they get those then they are good to go. Its not the quantity of apps but the usability that matters.
PS Stop trolling and spewing garbage, your name is on every post like really, which phone do you not have?
