Tecno offers least software, security, bug, and Android support or upgrades. They install a lot of annoying adwares to their phones as well. Avoid buying until they offer atleast 3+ years of Android upgrades and 4 years of security support on their phones.

Tecno smartphones are very good and their prices are affordable, if the company had a better Android update policy it could be a big name in the industry otherwise I have no complaints, I have a Spark 10 pro and very happy with it

I'm looking for the Camon 20 Pro's hardware (4G varaint), when to be specify if the microSD card exist (or not)? The hardware of this phone is almost perfect for me, and I'd figuring out if does have microSD card slot is available. When does not feature on Camon 20 Pro (4G), then I'll wait for the Infinix Note 30 devices that was soon to be release and checking out the specs.

If Tecno (as well as Infinix & Itel) can just improve / optimize its HiOS UI as well as decent Software support of 2-3 years OS Update, then they could be more competitive with Xiaomi and Realme. Their hardware is almost there.
