I said I'd buy the F5 if it was around 400 and it certainly seems to be the case for Europe. Waiting till the end of the year probably gonna be waaaaay lower. Great phone, cutting edge Snapdragon chipset, finally a phone to replace my Redmi Note 10 Pro.

In the video where he talks that 7+gen2 is unknown and expects that it be upper mid range.
Well if the Antutu v9 show 7 digits then that should be flagship range dont you think ?
1M score for F5 and 8gen2 1.2-1.3M as the latest flagship then that statement is weird to say.
I would say upper mid range be SD870 as the most top end of mid range as next be SD778 and then SD695
F5 is only flagship in the market with 3.5mm jack. Well actually i am wrong as there is Asus Zenfone 8/9 but thats it for flagships

but not in the us, i hate that global releases don't include us, it's like a completely different world. i just want the SD 7+2 phone here in the states!

The regular F5 is the best value for money phone on the market now. The SD 7+ Gen 2 is really promising

Tempted by the vanilla F5 because of 7+ Gen 2. Can't wait to get that and flash custom ROM.

The Poco F5 Pro is a really strong mid-range and I hope it gets custom ROM support.

I'll consider snatching it for a low price if my current device doesn't get anything.

Its an insane price in comparison video that compare to Samsung/Apple counterpart. It baiting us, but its real.

Now that Poco F5 is becoming official, I am wondering if its going to sway me away from Nubia RM8 pro. My main requirements are a fast processor(casual CoDM gaming), headphone jack, good screen (and microSD, but well no one puts it with flagship grade processors anymore, apart from Sony).
I guess price of F5 will be the deciding factor, otherwise RM8 pro should be better in every aspect, while being a tiny bit more expensive (which is justified due to better camera on the back, dedicated gaming features).

Good this these two finally have Android 13 out of the box.
