    At that price and specs, this is a DOA product, not a cheap alternative. The Flips regularly sell at lower prices after discounts.

                Once upon a time, an american brand was the pioneer bringing this "flip" concept, with a external screen larger than most with new usability.

                Not hey bring this crap, it looks so similiar the Galazy Z flip, it´s rather difficult to tell them apart. Let´s hope they at least have the decency to get the price down and makes this a "cheap" alternative..

                  Not sure what most folks are smoking in the comments here. What an absolute travesty of the Razr brand. Motorola has successfully killed a product, Google should learn from them.

                  And Samsung has taken the advantage of going bigger screen while Motorola went backwards and adopted their older design. Why would anyone buy this over the Z Flip4 or the upcoming Flip5.

                      Already mention by others but really sad this foldable lost it personality. It should have retain the design of original Razr, nothing wrong with it.

                      I dont think people would have reason to buy this, afaik Flip segment is driven by Fashion / Design to sell out and this one doesnt have it aside from copy of Flip 4.

                          Motorola always give premium feels more than galaxy note series i bought

                            The only way I would've considered the Razr over the Samsung Flip was if Motorola kept the distinctive design which looked like their original Razr. Now it looks like a generic foldable and the Flip 4 looks much better to my eyes, let alone the Flip 5 which the renders show looks better still.

                              I like it, but I prefer iconic Moto razr's design .

                                Motorola totally lost it when they copied Samsung design.
                                There is Zero reason to buy this over the Galaxy Flip.
                                I was hoping to get a Motorola Razr with the historical Razr design, but not anymore.

                                      Sadly again no Razr DNA like the 2019 and 2020 phones had. Especially the 2019 Razr looked very sleek and very much Motorola like.

                                        Also the fact a 512gb Flip 4 goes for 911 euro in my country makes that a better deal (128gb is 788 euro)
