          Its called extreme stupidity not luxury .... as a jeweller I know that if the best quality of diamonds ( IF clarity & D colour And all Ideal cut) would be used here and 24 carat of gold still it won't cost 5million USD.... Chinese got ripped of hard.... Chinese money easy come easy go

                  For the price of this piece of iCrap, I'd rather buy a Vertu Ti and still have enough money for other good stuff like a Nissan GTR and a fully loaded house! And it's an outdated iPhone 4 for crying out loud!

                        Seriously what a waste of Money. It doesn't even matter that is a Rubish iphone is the ignorance of spending so much money in something so useless. You can do so much GOOD in this worl with that amount of money. And still have enought to get a awesome house a super car and yet this dude waste it on a rubish gold phone.. I HOPE HE SLIP AND DROP HIS PHONE. Lol!!

                          $15.3 million of pure iphone crap does the apple maps work on this iphone. could get a gold plated TOMTOM for less than $150.00 it's not as bling but it will get you to where your going, unlike the iphone.... even made with gold and diamonds the iphons's a pile of crap...sold mine and i'll never go there again ios sucks

                                      as for companies dodging taxes, yes that is true, but large US companies are the some of the worst, and Apple is leading the pack there also, i have no bias towards any company but i am simply pointing out facts, also bear in mind that the country in which apple operates, in this case is the USA and are facing a possible MASSIVE fines for dodging US taxes alone worth billions by sending their money overseas to territories, and are doing this in other countries also, UK the a few other EU countries, also so my point still sticks, while you may appear to be giving a little more then other companies, you are also avoiding billions less, taxes which could be used to support jobs and various other benefits, and lets not get started on apples CHARITY when it comes to those workers in china's foxconn plant, where suicide and injuries and exploitation are rife even though they are the ones making apples $98 BILLION of disposable income
