And don&... moreWhen you sit on a phone, the force will be applied equally on the entire surface of the phone not just the middle (unless you back is really small and pointy lol). It would be even less force if the phone was lying on a couch or bed. Unless you superglue the phone midway on the edge of a table and then try to sit on it, the chance of your phone snapping in half is near to 0. Also nobody in right mind puts their phone or wallet on the back pocket, since that's a good way to damage you credit cards and cause back problems.

          This is proof that 7 is truly a lucky number.

                            Its a phone not a submarine.
                            No phone manufacturer gives water and dust damage warranty so no phone needs to have IP69k rating.
                            Litterary any waterproof case from alliexpress does a lot better job just 2 bucks.
                            Those rubbers and seals wont guarantee you imunity to water and dust.
                            Just raises your chance in lotery by a few inches when your phone get to contact with water it wont die. But thats nothing but a lottery chance of surviving is still small.
                            When phone will be like submarine and thus 100% waterproof and dust proof it will be different story to tell. But that phone does not exist at the moment.

                                Codedslam, 16 May 2023Why Would Anyone Put $1000+ Device In Backpocket? Just Asking Cos some of us carry more than one phone and we don't like putting our car keys in the back pocket for obvious reasons.

                                  that's nice, they fix it.

                                    Im still sticking with my rog phone 3... Hopefully rog phone 8 will be as sturdy as the 3.
