Steve Jobs once told us no one wanted to by more than 4 inch. Now 7 inch seems the norm, 2026 it will be 7.5 inch and that's the max I suppose.

I'm not sure I'm a fan of continuously growing phone screen sizes. Sony managed to make Xperia 1 shorter with the Mark V compared to Mark IV, while having the same screen size and an even larger main camera sensor.

Oh, and it has 5000 mAh battery with a headphone jack and microSD card slot, all of which are fit in a body that's less than 9mm thick. Also still water resistant as well.

        "But....it's courage..."

Even bigger? wow we'll be hanging around with full size tablets in our pockets in a few years lol

Watch the Galaxy S25 adopt the exact same dimensions.

Depth restrictions only applied to the older telephoto lenses that didn't use periscope technology.

Larger footprint allows for periscope camera? Isn't the limiting factor here depth?
