Vivo and iQoo both have USB3.2 and are able to support external display...but charge is a little bit slower.
Oneplus Pad had USB2.0 without external screen's support...
Nevertheless, there's still no microSD support...

I personally don't have much trouble with my Google Pixel 7 Pro's 240Hz PWM, but from time to time it does make me tear up in certain lighting conditions.
