how to access cloud withou... moreWell the method is called WiFi. In addition you can make a WiFi access point anytime with your phone and connect the tablet to it, if you're outside of your normal WiFi network (or the available WiFi in your area).
Cellular on a tablet is unnecessary unless you don't want to carry a phone with you.

Unfortunately with not having any secure biometrics, its not that useful. cannot use the face unlock for any banking aps or other secure apps.
