My next phone..... I can purchase this phone just for the camera alone win 8 and apps will be added bonus....Nokia should go for snapdragon 600 as it gives great price to performance ratio and should also include gorilla glass 3, larger battery, a dedicated camera mode, and zoom functionality through a lever like in point and shoots cameras and aluminium or metal uni body with thickness not more than 15mm at thickest point....

AnonD-77443, 16 Apr 2013Im guessing it will be around 14mm thick.... no thanks noki... more"Im guessing it will be around 14mm thick" - nowadays people are tricked in believing that it's ok to walk arround with tablets in your pockets(see GSMA petition), but when it comes to sacrifice just a few mm(yes-mm) for such a big difference from a crappy standard sensor and one like 808's they panick and start complaining. Think with your own heads, not with what cheap marketing tells you, I have 808 and it's more than perfect in my pocket. If this turns out to be true about OiS and variable aperture then it will be a worthy follower for the 808 camera speaking, but the OS...I guess nothing's perfect:)

i dont think wp can ever beat symbian
once they release it people will understand how great was symbian to support such a big camera and high quality video with little specs

I love my 808 on Symbian:
http://www.stevesstats.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/on-phone-camera.html
It has been arround for a while now and cab be bought inexpensively in the UK, (search buy Nokia 808 UK) e.g.
http://www.mobicity.co.uk/nokia-808-pureview.html?gclid=CInZuOD1zrYCFYXItAodpQsAow
Why would anyone want to pay through the nose for such a beautiful camera phone lumbered with a Windows Phone OS? Microsoft effectively control what they will allow you to do with your phone!
The Original 808 Pure View, is still the best. Why bother with this phone?

So a mid/high end device with a so/so OS and terrific camera. Why no android? WP is such a bottleneck

At last the news that was suppose to come out in this year's MWC have come now to the relief of pureview fans which have been eagerly waiting for the REAL pureview technology(Not the 920 pureview) to be ported to a modern day OS like Windows phone 8.
Start saving bucks to get your hand on this real champ that is coming soon.

As long as it does have an expansion slot, the EOS will be my next phone! The Lumia 920 was great, but was missing this very important [necessity].
