In countries like USA and India, they profit by making the phone there and selling it in masses. So even if the cut is low they can still earn huge by selling millions of unit.. perhaps more than the population of your entire country. You think you matter to Samsung? Brands like Apple and Samsung spend billions for marketing. Most poor geeks spread hate about Apple.. and say good things about sony, Lg, htc, blackberry, nokia .. where are they and where is Apple.. We tech enthusiasts are not even 0.01% of total smartphone buyers. Thats why Oneplus isnt what it used to be. food for thought

    Samsung phones don't hold their value as well as Apple, however they are still king of Android!!

      That's why entire families like mine are changing after life time of fidelity to Samsung I started to buy a oppo for my mom amazing in Samsung head Europe Europe does NOT EXIST WE PAY THE HIGHEST PRICE FOR SAMSUNG PHONES

        Zuzuz, 21 May 2023Sales going "well"Sales going extremely well. Thanks to S23 Series, Samsung is again the 1st global brand by sales and the revenue is also higher meaning they sell more high-end phones.

        For every S22 series sold they are selling 3-4 S23 series.

            Why is Samsung offering such a great deal of discount on only the Z fold & the S23+ models & in the US only.
            Whatever you do should be cut across the entire world cos you have customers like myself that stands for Samsung in mostly any where we talk about phones. None of the staff of Samsung knows about it. Am doing it for the love I've for the android giant (Samsung). So your cut off price or any bonanza should be cut anywhere in the world & if possible with most of your phones & not only the flagships or the top ones.

              This type of news is discriminatory and Samsung should be fine because is every time only in USA.
