Oxygen OS 3.1 was buggy for me, when there is a notification and I want to tab on it and it asks for fingerprint but it won't let me scan it and shows me notification again. I have sold Indian variant and now using Global variant so oxygen os is 3.0 so not facing that issue right now

I'll be honest, i got a little bit excited when I saw "oxygen OS" but my smile faded when i learned that it was basically just colorOS with a new name.

Have OnePlus made it more difficult to ... moreThe manufacturer still needs to provide a proper kernel with board support for all the different sensors in that phone. OnePlus no longer considers the opensource kernel a priority, therefore LOS support became a lot harder; I'm sure you'll find other custom ROMs easily, but official LOS simply has a different quality standard for the kind of hacks they'd accept in their version.

Older OnePlus was great, modern OnePlus is not. Yeah they still make great device like OP11 and OP Pad but it's just on surface, OP11 has USB2.0, whereas OP10 and before all use USB3.0, you can't use China OP11 model (that have ColorOS) outside of China like wtf is this practice??? We spend money on them to buy the phone and they treat us like trash??? Current OxygenOS is based on ColorOS and doesn't look stock-esque anymore, the stock statusbar icon is replaced with crappy ColorOS icons and circular icons is now rounded square icons. As for OP Pad, it's exposed that them have encrypted battery so good luck replacing the battery after it degraded.

A shame what One... moreI won't be buying a Pixel, since those won't fully work with local mobile networks AND since there's no official retailer here - warranty case would be annoying to handle. I was planning on moving to an iPhone next, but since I still can't deal with iOS's limitations, apparently... The only choice is still Android. OnePlus 11 would be nice, but the price needs to come down a bit first.

Making matters worse, the 9/9 Pro were the last properly supported "flagships" in LOS, so buying OnePlus with the "escape route" of using LOS isn't even viable for the future. I guess my next phone will have to be a Pixel.
