So they're testing only EU firmware, where they traditionally use Exynos. I wonder if North American will be the same, or get some variant of Snapdragon.

Chinese have dumped their orders to western chip manufacturers because now their own in-house made are good enough for majority of applications. And much much cheaper, 2-3 times cheaper. If they reach 7nm I could say that Samsung, tsmc, Nvidia, intel will go down fast

Compared to its predecessors mostly S10 and S20 newest S23 are a garbage to be honest.
Much less features but increased price a lot.
S23 FE will be the same.
making this phone will make point if the price will be up to 600.

The FE series is pointless. Taking last gen specs, tossing it into a device with a plastic back, and selling it for 700$ is dumb. The galaxy s21FE was almost on par with the s21+, just with worse cameras & a plastic back. at the time, you could get a galaxy s21 or even an s21+ for cheaper. anyone who bought an FE device definitely didn't do their research, because they aren't worth it at all.

-Launches S20 Fe with Exynos = Not success
-Launches S20 FE 5G having snapdragon 865 = SUCCESS
-Launches S21 FE having snapdragon 888 with larger pricing = Good Success
-Skips S22 FE = ???
-Releases S20 FE 2022 Only in 3-4 countries = No Success
-Releases S23 FE with Exynos ...
