Built for privacy, secure, and with enough useful features for the average person, and also offering enough user choice to disable what one doesn't like/use.

        Telegram is actually focusing on better user experience and superior chat features, while whatsapp/shmeta concentrates on how to make even more money out of users data. So from time to time they steal a telegram feature to make it appear like they are actually working on chat features and user experience and keep people intersted in their platfirm that is now less then dated, yet still alive.

          Telegram is not free speech if it bans numbers with no warning or reason. Try signal, wire or session.

Which is app primarily used to chat with people but does lot more.
                            Another good app for chatting is Discord or ICQ even old fashioned Skype is still worth using but suit your self as you wish and like.

                              Meta is very ambitious to deploy this omit just after they removing recent search from ‘hash’tag feature, the single biggest and most valuable feature offered by them.

                              No worries their competitors just got what is absolutely needed to catch up and square it, also an eye for an eye, A life form for a life time.

                                Already possible to send pictures in full quality without compression by using the send file option within WhatsApp.

                                    Although my family uses only WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
