Albi.RM, 10 Jun 2023On the contrary, in my experience, even those who say they ... moreCould not agree more. I used the S-Pen daily on each of my Note devices (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10 & 20). When I purchased the Fold 2, I was without a stylus for a while. Finally, after some research, I picked up an Adonit Pro 4 capacitive stylus to go with it, which worked well for my needs. Once I traded up to the Fold 3, everything was right again. The S-Pen reminded me why I will never consider another device without pen support again. Using my Fold 4 proves to be no different as I utilize the S-Pen multiple times throughout every single day. A stylus has always been a game changer and is a convenient must have tool for me.

Coming from devices which utilized the best mobile OS ever developed (Microsoft Windows Mobile), it comes as no surprise that I have always had a stylus on hand. The HTC TyTN, HTC Touch HD, and Samsung Omnia II were all great devices for me. I did have to relinquish the resistive screen styli I had become accustomed to using when I picked up the HTC HD2 as the device has a capacitive screen. The HTC Sense UI overlay was so amazing and so ahead of its time that I enjoyed using Windows Mobile Professional without a stylus for many interactions. However, being the type of user who always accesses system files/folders, I would often need a stylus to efficiently navigate the core functions of the underlying operating system. That led me to pick up a cheap capacitive stylus. Once again, I was back to enjoying my device the way I truly love to use it.

Reluctantly accepting that Android was taking over (Long Live Windows Mobile!), after two amazing years with the HTC HD2, I switched over to the first Samsung Galaxy Note. The rest is history. With that being said, right up until this very moment, the stylus is all I ever needed.

Since Galaxy Note 3, I've always had Stylus enabled pen (Galaxy Notes). For me it is: Does it have a stylus? If yes, we can talk. Styli, forever.

Samsung literally had this since the first Galaxy Note.

Albi.RM, 10 Jun 2023On the contrary, in my experience, even those who say they ... moreNo they don't.

I had several Notes and an S22 Ultra.
I always convinced myself beforehand that I'd use the pen more, that this time it's going to be different.

A year goes by and I hardly used the pen at all. Probably not even 10 times.

Despite all the gimmicky features of the s pen it's hardly more than a toothpick. Only Samsung tablets have normal sized pens with screens that can actually use them. And even then....you don't really need one.

Anonymous, 09 Jun 2023Only Samsung is a serious brand anyway.i dont doubt that, since i use to blame them for increase prices like Apple did but now using and S22 ultra os good enough but...for real: the pen is a gimmicky you sill only use on the first months.

In the beginning thats a cool feature and all but, vanish since it gets too many steps to some things.

                Well, thats my opinion.

If at least there are 10 or more phones/tablets who will benefice from this...is a worth thing, but i dont see this more than a pixel tablet, pixel fold and Galaxy S's Ultra's with pen.

So in the end only Samsung at least will benefict from that. Cause i belive pixel fold/tablet whatever will be a flop.

Is there still no option to configure the accent color and the palette in general?

                          That's just madness.
