                                India and China really are fighting each other.

                                  Any businesses are opportunist. Look at Apple avoiding taxes the best it can. This is just standard business operation when you are running a business internationally. Sooner or later you will be facing regulators of certain countries who got a wind of your accounting practices. You just have to negotiate and strike a deal with the government. Standard stuff.
