    Not saying Xbox is bad or worse, they both have their great exclusive games, but to say PS is bad now is just plain wrong.

          I was waiting for a mid-gen upgrade, for a XSX Slim and/or XSX Pro/Elite.
          I'm still with the One X (+ 2TB 870 Evo SSD after the HDD died).

                You forgot the time needed to shop parts as well as having to make all those different components work together, installing windows/drivers etc as opposed to buying the console and then using it out of the box. And your price argument only works in the US.

                  Great. Instead of allowing non proprietary ssd, you make your users
                  1. Buy the 512gb Series S and expand it with a 512gb Seagate external ssd that costs as much as a Series S
                  2. Release a separate 1Tb version.
                  We're like phone companies now, eh?

                        If this were to be released instead of the 512gb. This wouldve sold way better and people wouldnt be doubting too much if they should get thr series X since it has disc drive and 1TB.

You will... moreWhat are you on about?!?! at 329$ for 1TB or 279$ for the 512GB version the Xbox Series S is a monster deal if you want to get into next gen gaming on the cheap, no PC you can build from scratch for that price will run games as smoothly and as well as the Series S, and I'm saying this as a hardcore PC Gamer

                              Without the BD reader, this thing is pointless.

                              You will get better performance/options and pricing building your own PC than buying this. Not to mention, the propietary expansion cards.
