Diabolik, 20 Jun 2023True, i am in European Union and i am super disappointed in... moreYou know I've been tracking software update everyday on my s23 ultra and it's disappointing cuz I'm excited for this update My phone's running perfect it's not like I need it but I get excited for new stuff and they roll out has been good in the past few years getting better but my thought on this whole software being late I would rather have it done correct with no bugs then to get it early and have something go wrong it wipe my data or the phone won't power on or any of that so I'm trying to be patient much love be safe

These updates are from user data collection thats how optimization is done its just not all brands are so cunning on using the data they are getting for free like apple and samsung are.

Neph, 19 Jun 2023Europe still doesn't have this update.True, i am in European Union and i am super disappointed in samsung because they are incapable or making an effective scheduled release so everyone can have it fast and in time. How long Samsung intends to slack off and are we getting the June patch in June? or we are getting in in an unknown distant future?

I don't see the dual video mode in Camera when I first got the phone, later was told that it's a flagship feature. Pretty sure there're many such features too but I don't really mind. It's just business after all. At the moment, A53 seems worth for every penny (got it for 360$ but I got it early) . I just hope the same contiunes.

Off topic but I'd really like to know what you feel about the android 14 update. Is there no forum on this site that allows people to talk about it?

AnonD-1068472, 16 Jun 2023That may be true for flagship but what about midbudget like... moreunfortunately, paying for a flagship is also paying for longer and better sw support. they don't want to keep midrangers as attractive as flagships. you know, many features are restricted on the sw side for midrangers. all flagship features are not provided to entire portfoilio but, midrangers will be good anyways. a53 is a very popular device and it will not be ignored. just don't expect getting all flagship updates in the future.

Vivo phones are NEVER as well optimised as even Xiaomi or Realme.
                        Nice try tho

still rubbish, she had s21 ulta before, pretty much the same stagnant phone.
No they don't fix their stuff, face unlock is utter trash since my s10, fingeprint sensor fails so many times when you have dry or wet finger, screen turns off when looking at him when it shouldn't( having the option enabled, of course) etc
huawei and vivo is 2 generations ahead in most scenarios
