          Don't get this phone if you're going to game on this for more than 1 year. Just get other phones which have better security and software support.

I just hope Red Magic can improve their phone's security patch policy, because security patch is actually more important than receiving new OS upgrades with slight improvement every year. I mean come on, you can still run popular apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Discord on Android 6 that launched in 2015.

              Even the old android 9 has years to come before whatsapp for example decides to discontinue it, let alone android 13 on RM8 Pro which I currently have.

                I don't get why antutu keeps increasing the scores each version. They should be doing the opposite imo.

                              Did you know that the RED MAGIC series will never receive a major Android update?
                              RED MAGIC 7, released in 2022 on Android 12, is still stuck on Android 12.
                              Even the RED MAGIC 6, released a year before that, is still on the latest Android 12 beta.
                              If you are sensitive to OS updates, you should never buy this brand.

                                That's 30% more performance than the Red Magic 8 (1,3 Mio.) so this is either 8 Gen 3 or a fake leak. 8+ models are normally 10% faster
