Lumia 521 launching April 24 on T-Mo in place of Lumia 810

The affordable Nokia 521 will be hitting T-Mobile shelves in the place of the 810 next week.

But, NL810 got 1g ram. 520/521 only get 512MB. So it's a downgrade?
