I beleive we have to car... moreSame situation, my eyes are sensitive to pwm flicker so I am avoiding buying anything with am(oled) screen. I hope DC dimming becomes more common in the future.
Also another manufacturer that still uses IPS panels is Nokia.

I want a LCD phone.
I beleive we have to carry tablets soon as cannot bear flickering of OLEDs.
Only options left now are some phones of Xiaomi/Redmi and Motorola.
