Majority of people use budget to middle class phones and there is ZERO option for smaller phones as it's 6.5 inch to 6.8 inch market full of only that. Or there are 6 inch with lots of bezels and the phone be still as large as 6.5 inch or more.
It's like when you see sometimes in this site weekly voting where you can pick basically "yes i want" in 3 different ways and no option of "no i dont want" in them and then think that majority want as majority voted yes when there is no option for no

justasmile, 24 Jun 2023It's funny that you don't even want a headphone j... moreMy hands are not really that small but i still prefer to have compact phone as i cant one handed use my 6.67 inch screen or my old 6 inch screen with bezels that made the phone as large as i have now. For me ideal would be something 135mm tall but that is just wet dream.
For my phone now to use one handed i need that ring case so i have a grip to my phone as one of my finger go trough the ring on the back to operate it with one hand and reach top and bottom of the screen.
For what i want compact phone is for the reason that i want to buy cloths i like and dont need to think about the pockets size for the phone to fit in them but thanks to the large phones i need to take the pockets size to account and these need to be large to fit large phone in them. With compact phone there is no problem like that.
It's just weird to see people think it's cause a small hands why people want compact phones. I would think that it's more about the problem on how to carry the phone around with you cause with larg phones you need like bag for it or custom size pockets.

Not seeing the asking price.
Everyone else has above 8Mpx ultrawide camera and glass back and the 200mpx main camera isn't going to be way better than a 50mpx one if the sensor is like last year and everything is finalised through software. The Zenfone series sounded great at first but for the price point it falls short and i rather invest for more balanced device again with in the price range and what comes for the software support, not paying 1000 bucks for this. I know iknow they leaked the under 800€ price, but it's going to be a lot closer to 1000 than 800 in my country.

this sounding good, just awaiting proper confirmation of the specs when it's actually released. if all is true then i'll have to get a few of these as they'll probably be the last decent phone with these features and no stupid island/notch.
