Samsung Galaxy S23 series gets the camera-improving June update in Europe

It adds a 2x zoom option to the Portrait Mode in the default Camera app.

I want to buy a compact mobile like the S23, Xiaomi 13, Pixel 7a, Asus Zenfone 9
For those who have any of these mobiles, which one do you recommend?

    I have a flod 4 and the smallest s23. When the s23 came out it had a bad camera from the Fold. Now after 2 or 3 updates, the little one takes much, much better pictures. The progress is so visible.

      Banana issue still not solved with this update

        They also improved Extra Dim feature

              Yes, I remember reading about it. 600MP is just pointless. I hope they adjusted their roadmap and the S24, or at least the S25 will have a big sensor instead.

                  I wonder when will Samsung switch to 1"-type sensors. They got caught off guard. They thought they were still in the megapixel race when everyone switched to sensor size race.

                  Maybe they are waiting to manufacture their own 1"-type GN sensor? Either way, they need to drop the pointless megapixel race and go with big sensors.

                  A 50MP, 1"-type, Bayer sensor would be great!

                          What about the S22? Since both the S22 and S22 + have the same cameras as the S23 and S23 +, in addition I will not exchange my S22 for some S23 not to have a descending upgrade in the device.

                              Sure, for the price of the S series this should be an obvious thing, but still, it's nice that they actually listen to the feedback and make adjustments based on them
