What they're getting right:- Choice of chipset, design, environmental focus,
What they're getting wrong/ missing out on:
Software updates in years, despite being just a 2 product company,
Software setup, still not a bloat free experience,
They could make a smaller/lighter version of their phone, something a few people definitely miss.
