                and qualcomm chips are expensive now since that one fruit brand made very expensive phone, qualcomm think they deserve higher price too

And yes the successor should be better than the predecessor. And like A23 with it's 4G and 5G variant, I don't really think Samsung will gives this phone "A25" naming, since it will just make a confusing naming scheme.

                          Anonymous, 29 Jun 2023I think Samsung failed to sell the A54 well and therefore w... moreThey never meant to use SD chips for mid-rangers, it looks like Samsung hates Qualcomm chips since they kept trying to push Exynos chips for S series outside of the Americas. It was just A52 series that had Snapdragon chips because they couldn't make Exynos chips due to the pandemic.

                            I have posted on this comment on the S23 FE that they should rationalise the A range and drop the "EVEN" A range A2, A4 keepin the ODD

                            The A25 has to be both better than the A14 & A23 but less than the A34 in both specs and price

                                    Not dual speaker : ok
                                    Not gaming CPU: ok
                                    Not gorilla glass: ok ; even Gorilla 3 ok
                                    .. but it should be have: NFC chip, proximity, gyro, accelerate, compass sensors; 3.5 jack; micro SD support

                                      This is using either Exynos 1280, Dimensity 900 or Snapdragon 695. Would be nice if Samsung went for SD6gen1 but i think it is unlikely.

                                        .fy, 29 Jun 2023Meanwhile Exynos 1380 itself is just slightly better than D1080.Only advantage of D1080 over E1380 is better single core perfomance, 1080 use A78 at 2.6ghz while E1380 use A78 at 2.4Ghz.

                                        But in Multicore E1380 has 4 Big core of A78 while 1080 has just 2 of them so E1380 is better here.

                                        Also in Graphics E1380 use 5 core Mali G68MP5 while 1080 use 4 core MaliG68MP4.

                                        And sd778G is slighlty better than E1380.
