Usually there's only a 16GB version available at release. High capacity versions are available up to a few months after initial release.

You'll only fill it with Images, vids and music which is a secondary consumption of the memory

No. samsung will not do it.
They will only release 16gb and keep quiet. 32gb will be soo rare it will cost a bomb. and 64gb is a myth.
