For example, MIUI 13 can be updated to MIUI 14, while remaining on Android 13.

        They can litterary coat an elephant dong with a Samsung logo and people will buy because its Samsung.

          SD888 was popwerfull but hot like a supernova when heavily tested by some gamin etc.
          In other words very unsucessfull product from Snapdragon edition so a Fiery
          (or Fire Edition) could also be a good name for phone like this.

              Crappynos 2100 & SD888 both good as heaters this coming winter being fabbed by scamsung. Problem is there is no winter in india.

However, If they do give then they're explicitly telling us that processors these days are capable enough to recieve 7-8yrs of update.

                      Imo this is fine, as long as it’s launched with Android 13 and will get 4 OS upgrades from 13 onwards.
                      SD888 was okay, it’s definitely better than Exynos or SD8gen1. Of course, it would’ve been better to just have a brand new model with SD8+gen1, but it’s better than Exynos.

                                      Dont think it will get additional updates…just like s20 fe 5g in India launched a year and half later…also sd 888 is almost as bad as exynos counterpart in thermals
