One UI works best on Exynos chipsets (terrible on Snapdragon, Mediatek and Unisoc chipsets, noted from my colleagues' phones).

iTel's UI is bloated as One UI. Pre-installed apps can't be disabled or uninstalled due to Transsion's restrictions. I don't recommend people to buy Transsion phones unless they are very keen on buying flagships.

The Nokia G11 Plus is a better alternative with the same chipset from what I've managed to check. You get UFS 2.2 storage (only exclusive to the 64GB variant), a significantly better camera and Stock Android, which are rare at this price range.

How is their OS? If compared to Samsung OneUI which of them has less bloat or if they can be removed?

P40+ is a really good deal! Massive battery, great storage, and an above average SoC for the price.

DarlingYext, 06 Jul 2023Now that is just sad. It's actually not a terrible price, considering that the Moto E22s, Vivo Y1s, Oppo A15 and Galaxy A02 retail for the same price here. All these phones use relatively underpowered chipsets compared to the G11 Plus with UFS 2.0 and Unisoc T606

These will sell like hot cakes they are cheap and very capable. Stupid comments like I see here oh HD + screens in 2023 blah blah blah, look at the countries these are sold in and there target audience, the custom base buying these wouldn't really know what screen was what and simply wouldn't care.

The Galaxy A04s also has an outdated design with a notch at the top, while the iTel P40+ has a more modern punch hole design.

The P40+ also has a slightly better chipset.

                      https://nanoreview.net/en/soc-compare/unisoc-t606-vs-samsung-exynos-850

Technically the battery life aspect of the T606 is worse, however the P40+ has a much bigger battery at 7000mAh vs 5000mAh.

                        Lol, a HD+ screen for 6.6" and 6.8". We're living in 2023, not 2018.

punch hole display, upgraded specs, larger battery, 128gb storage and 18w charging. at $99??? thats a steal!!. hoping P40+ would be a great sell in indonesia if available. please gsmarena, add itel to the brand category. it would be nice without searching across other websites which sometimes contains incomplete specs.

This type of phone is for users who's budget is low, so will not complain for anything.
The battery looks big but other things like that SoC, RAM doesn't look good for long use.

Itel phones doesn't support certain sim card and certain bands. It happened with one of the office boy at my work. He had tight budget. So he went to a local shop. Shop owner suggested him some itel phone at a price lower than his budget. He immediately got it. After inserting sims in both the lsots he realised that it doesn't support all the 4g bands. Also one of his sim card was not compatible with itel.
He went to shop owner, who shamelessly said - once sold will not be taken back. If problems contact company customer care.

                                        Such was an experience.
