Personally, I hate domination, which only give we, the consumer lesser choice to choose. I'm not saying that Samsung is bad, but it would be better to have more choices for us. Hope Nokia, HTC, Sony, LG or any manufacturer could end this crazy domination era by Samsung and Apple. Hope more OS choices in the future too.
Also, hate to see many comment section are flooded with fanboys' comment. Their comments are just like making sentences with "crap/worst/bad/suck/poor/most ...". Nothing is perfect in the world, thing that suit most of your needs is the best.
Does thing that doesn't suit most of your needs is consider "poor","crap" or "suck"? No, because different people have different needs, that's it.
Anyway, this year I'm glad to see three nice alternatives for Android flagship, the HTC One, Xperia Z & ZL. Sure, they will not able to end the current domination but it is a good beginning (especially for Sony).

Any company or their leaders that resort to dirty tactic like wanton tax evasion, bribing public officials, building their portfolio off the creations of others and, yes, using underhanded tactics like paying anonymous posters to shape public opinion is a company that I will never trust.
Not to mention smaller things like the cultish way they run their company. (Would you really want to hear your company president constantly speaking over a loud speaker system in the building telling you how great the company is and that you should believe it too?) Seems too big brother, 1984-ish to me. But, hey, feel free to support whichever company you want. It's just nice to know some facts as well.

well samsung is that company which give consumer all choises, from 2" to 10.1". all versions available low end, mid range, high end..
samsung is that company which made galaxy s3 and sold like hot cakes,, crApple being jeolous and filed a junction that s3 sales should be banned... because of jealousy.... see miezu mx thats very very similar to iphone 4 even home button why apple didnt sued meizu for copy of patent because meizu don sell as much samsung sell. ....
samsung is that company which made the galaxy s line and blow all of other flagships out of market.... and wait for s444
samsung is that company which innovate and make a phone with tons of features which even crApple dont know how to make....
samsung is that company which sell proccessor to apple but still aplle claim iphone is best.....
