I managed to get a score of 12,981 with the Quad-core version of the S4 available in the UK. It's a fast phone, but have noticed some lags once a lot of applications are open, still, much improved from the S3 that I had previously.

Wouldn't it be much better if we had Dual Core Processor with a 6 Core Processor, instead of 2 Quad Core Processors.

benchmarks are fine with the sgs4 im happy, but why the micro stutters/lags in and out of applications like phone, messages, contacts, etc, etc.?? u can really see it..whyyyyyy!! i hoped for buttery smooth experience on this phone because it is two 4cores / 8cores. my eyes hurt seeing this. i hope samsung fix it whichever is causing this. :( sorry bad english grammar.

Keke, 30 Apr 2013It's crystal clear that HTC beats S4 almost in everything. ... moreI feel that is a very close-minded way of thinking. I, myself, am a die-hard Samsung fanboy, yet see several pros and cons of each.

The only things the HTC One has over the S4 is superior appearance, (though not the actual quality, durability, or repariability) and a bunch of things that really come down to preference. I played with a One though, and was very impressed at its screen, usability and interface. for a large number of reasons though, I'll likely get an S4.

Benchmarks, frequencies, MHzs, GBs, etc are all missleading and for amateurs. I buy what gives me the best user experience, best security, and best ecosystem.

                      And that's Apple products.

I think for the manufacturers Storage is more expensive than processor as most stick to 4, 8, 16 GB only and never go for 64, 128 GB etc even though the size of the chip will still be very small or they are dumb.
