I get that Xiaomi want to have a phone for everyone at every price point, but for the average consumer, having multiple phones at similar price and similar names only causes confusion.
For example, (Samsung Galaxy) S23 Ultra or (Apple) iPhone 14 Pro are easier to remember (for me) than (Xiaomi Redmi) Note 12 Pro Plus 5G. If this average consumer only had a list of names, "is (Xiaomi Redmi Note) 12 pro plus better than the (Xiaomi) 12 pro? What's the difference between the 12, 12S, 12T and 12X?".

Xiaomi is just releasing new phones almost every week. Only hardware side. But their software support is terrible. Nobody can update that huge number of phones. That's why I don't use them.
