Gonna get Note 2, cause it's big enough and looks good. These phones keep getting bigger, but humans hands don't. Samsung should make a Note 10.1 II and make it powerful enough. Better get a tablet, not a 6 inch phone.

@The Neighbor, didn't I wrote down that I have note 2, so you don't need to mention the capability of it.
Xperia ZL have a enough battery life, 15+ hour calling, 6 hours web, and 5+ hour video play without stamina mode... according to gsm arena review..
The main point here is the size! Size brother, size!!! :-)) standard size phone + tablet are perfect companion... agree/disagree!?
But by telling me to stop complaining, is acting like a bossy....every one of us have a freedom to express our opinion, in vocal or in writing. Have a good day fellas!

Small phone = Big and small people can use.
Big phone = Big people can use.
As screen is getting bigger ... the amount of people that can use it drop...
Why not just keep it at the same size before and add tech only? Or is that only possible for Apple and laptop industries? ...
Phone makers designers should be fired.

AnonD-122289, 29 Apr 2013@ The Neighbor....you have a point, but do you think it is ... moreSony smartphones may look "decent", they have very poor battery performances. Xperia Z has only 3 to 4 hours of actual screen on time usage per charge. The ZL is worse.
The Note II gives me 7.5 to 8 hours of actual screen on time usage over a 12 to 14 hour stretch per charge, and I can change to fresh batteries. I care more on performance than "decent" looks anytime.
The Note II fits in my shirt (Columbia) top pocket with a velcro top seal. I could still sit down with it in my jeans. Some women like using the Note for the big screen. The better to see/read with the bigger screen. The S Pen addition also makes sense for bigger screens for drawing, as I do with mine.
Again, stop complaining about the Note being too big. Go get a smaller with less features device.

Samsung's phones are so identical these times. All they change is screensize and overall size. Other than that, it's the same. I mean it's already hard for me to distinguish Galaxy s3 and s4.

@ The Neighbor....you have a point, but do you think it is comfortable in your front pocket while in sitting work like tiles, wood tiles, pluming and or sitting in the car? That's why I always take out my note 2 in my pocket when I start working. When you see two guy talking in their cell, one with xperia zl and the other with note 2... which of those guy look decent?

If you look closely at the photo, u can see there is a difference in the screens between the two phones(it might just b a trick of light). Does this mean samsung wont use superamoled in note 3???

Some people like to higher performance No matter screen size in other word if note 3 has the best performance than other varios of latest phone no matter screen size and note 3 will go ahead in market anyway samsung never go back because samsung has many type of phones which are can select custermer's consent.

hey guys sont get up bored with samsung designs. what you think that all world come here and visit gsm arena and post their comments,,, here the comments are not more than 200 so it depends upon human nature...
if you dont like big screen so it doesnt mean that every one will not like it.. some one will like big some will like taller tv remote like iphone 5 some one will like another....
and thats why samsung is still on top because there is options for customer which can buy from 2 inch to 10.1 inch, mobile, feature phone, smartphone, phablet or tablet.....

Exactly my thoughts -- FAKE! why would there be a larger bezel at the bottom, that is a super waste of space. Goes against the trends samsung's adapted in S3 -> S4, and Note 1 -> N2.
Also no sammy logo, very unlike samsung.

[deleted post]I use a 3G Note 8 now at the office, restaurants and home. I'll still get the Note III to replace my Note II as my regular communications phone in between. With easy access to the Internet for work and entertainment, bigger screens is the logical step.
You can always get less than 5" screened phones if that's what you want. Commenting on how silly big phones like the Note series are is irrelevant after the success of the first Note at 5.3".
The new proposed Note III is only half inch or 12.5mm different in screen size from the Note II. Why go complain something as small as that? This leaked image would likely be a prototype, and the real official one will likely be smaller in frame.
People laughed at the first Note as being so big when it first came out. Dare to laugh now with the high end features and substantial performance compared to your regular phones. Samsung is leading, and people are buying because it's satisfying what people need and want.

Besides, where is the samsung logo in the front, as we know samsung places its logo in the front on all phones. Its just a zopo 5.7" or some chinese copy.
