This is a premium phone. People who cant afford Z flip series, buy inferior reguler iphone with older chip instead.

Don't bother the screen comes away on fold you get one free replacement as long as it's just the film that's come off and then you have to pay twice in 6 months mine got damaged on the flip 4 you'll need insurance if you get this phone

I havnt used wired headphones for a long time either, however I still wish phones had 3,5mm and it's mostly for aux cable purposes. I play bass and nowadays I can't plug in the backing tracks from my phone to my amp anymore (or just use that massive 250W bass combo as some kick ass speakers in my living room)

I used to have wireless earbuds for seven years, threw them away just because I had no use for them anymore (stopped listening to music on phone).
And as for the "freedom" - you are free to choose a phone that has all you need. And we choose those that don't have all the useless ancient things.
