It looks better than Samsung or Xiaomi, i don't like the Honor because of that oddly visible crease

Same old ugly Po§ Design
Make it boxy sharp edges rectangular like Xiaomi Mimix2, S23ultra, note20ultra design
Get rid off those ugly curves

I actually prefer the new render as it would mean a wider screen (less cinematic) and less tall. I don't mind the huge camera isle but it would be silly if it had one glass covering all lenses. As always it's just a render and the final version is only final at launch. It would also amaze me if Opp, a typical Chinese company, would diverge from the endless 20/9 aspect ratio.

If you are to use tiny sensors, make it so, so that they would not take the whole of the back of the phone. They pretend they are what they are not (I.e. great camera phones, they are not that).

That camera island is enormous. They could probably pack a Full Frame sensor into that🤣

Wow this design looks fresh. Finally OP is baking something fresh in the oven for once. The old design wasn't bad either, but this is much more unique. Kind of reminds me of the iPhone 4 but foldable.

...huh, I guess I was wrong about them going ahead and using the Find N3's design instead of the N2's. Eh, guess you can't get everything right.
At least this means we're getting the N2 overseas, just in a different skin, which is good.
I do agree that the camera island is pretty big... but honestly I dunno if they could've made it smaller either.

Zendroid, 05 Aug 2023With that size of camera oreo, the sensor should be mft size! Hey man the world over loves Oero ;)
I too like others mentioned earlier in the comments prefer the Find N2 type foldable design where the ratio of the external screen is less than that of the Samsung Fold 1-5 design. Much more usable when closed and still get an expansive landscape (Better than book/letter/A4 design) internal screen.
This layout shares the best in both classes like the Razr40+/Flip5 where the putter screens are very usable day to day and internal screens for productivity and full media consumption.
That’s how I’d like to roll
My ONLY, concern is cases and how could I use - if open when cycling for a very large map and telemetry read out. I doubt the strength and durability for internal foldable screens is just there yet.

Man please don’t be teasing the minerals!
An Oppo Find N2 type communicator foldable!!?? Schaweeeeet
But I have a feeling we’re getting 2 type of foldables with the differences in the leaks: one as the Find N3 and the other a OnePlus Open devices.
Stating the outer screen is 6.3” doesn’t give us much at all not without the aspect ratio to determine how tight that diagonal dem soon is really going to be (6.3” narrow or wider).
The rocker switch seems to be a dual action slider (up + down) which is different from what I’ve seen on previous OnePkus phones before but I’ve not kept up in the last 2yrs so I may just be behind here.
Another 2 maths we'll all know exactly what we’ll be getting from both OnePlus and Oppo. Exciting times friends.

How can screen still be 6.3 inches if image shows much smaller screen on new version?
Looks like Oppo which was under 6 inches.
