13 August 2023

"These days Kirin is out of the game, Exynos dropped out of the high-end market (though it may return next year) and MediaTek is actually giving Qualcomm a run for its money."

        Giving a run with 0% marketshare above $850 ? 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

              Very power hungry SoC.
Local brand here had it, in the end performance was even below 660.
When it should be on pair with 820.

Their argument about 3 clusters being better is fine and all, but then the middle cluster of the X20 is just a higher clocked small cluster. That does not make sense to me. The X30 did make sense, but if nobody used it, then that’s too bad.

"Exynos left the high-end market" and what are the pixel 6 and 7 pro? mid-range? lol what is the tensioner? a snapdragon? ha ha ha

Love these flashback series about past chipsets, they're very interesting. Yesterday, I was just reading the one you guys did about the Snapdragon 625. Glad to see another one, keep them coming!
