I do. But just because they are exported doesn't mean that they are of good quality. Or maybe the exported versions are, since I have seen many food products (at least) available here labeled with "export quality". But otherwise there is a "Made in India" Panasonic air conditioner here which is of poor quality. Even though it is "Panasonic". Major Japanese brand. Then there is also a euro profile door lock (or whatever you call it) which is also of poor quality compared to "Made in Turkey" ones.

To ask the people who say indian assembled/made products don't have quality including sadly (some) indians themselves, don't you know that india already exports tractors, motorcycles and cars to other countries? They don't just assemble them but manufacture them.

Every year, some problem or the other arises with some brands. Be it Xiaomi/Poco's dead motherboard, exploding batteries in OnePlus, display showing rainbow lines in almost all brands (including Samsung S series and iPhone 11s) along with the Chinese or Nothing Phone 1 collecting dust beneath it's transparent back.
All these instances had one think in common, i.e, Indian assembly (not manufacturing).
Now our government woke up one day and outright banned the imports of laptops. Because of huge outcry, they have postponed it by 3 months, but I don't think I'll ever buy something as expensive as a laptop that's made here.
And the change in product quality is quite visible on my grand old Thai-made Daikin AC unit and a newer India-made unit. It's pathetic to say the least.
And government mandating such things, is the worst decision possible for consumer

You must be chinese who is angry that china lost some iPhone production to india. Nobody speaks like that about india (or any country for that matter). This level of hatred towards another country is only possible from the chinese. They hate india, they hate America , they hate Japan.

[deleted post]india-made and india-assembled devices are 2 different things. India have zero involvement in making of the iphone. They are just assembling imported parts of iphone. The only thing to be concerned here is QC in assembly of phones.
