Nowadays no architecture is superior to other not arm not X86 it depend purely on design.
And Anandtech used spec suite long time since i can remember, since ipad pro day and people used to say same thing as you said, When M1 laptop was released spec was right and you guys are wrong.

Latest Adreno 740 has 64GB/S Bandwidth.

Yeah it might show a relevant synthetic performance across ths architectures based on cpu. But it can't show anything regarding the GPU ISA. Because it's a whole different story. And since I'm talking about the cpu architecture, it ain't relevant at all. Because it's wholy different from the architecture. For risc based cpu it can do 1 instruction per cycle to complete a task. On the other hand the cics can do more than 9 instructions per cycle to complete a task. So x86 is on another level by architecture. That's why x86 can handle much much more complex and heavy applications like nothing. On the other hand arm can be seen faster for doing light workloads. But that doesn't make arm more powerful.

You might have read many things but not clear at all. For low profile memories these come with single channel memory profile like the simms. Thus the bitrate is only 4 bit wide data bus. So converting 5400 mt/s into bandwidth, it's just 21.6 GB/s. On the other hand that 3200 mt/s dimms have 25.5 GB/s of bandwidth. See the difference.

3. Move Goalpost that its about apps and software not hardware.
Everyone knows Pc has mature software no one argue about that, we are just discussing which hardware is better, and there are trusted cross platform benchmark to prove that.
Also about software nowadays its close, these hardware are used in same os Nowadays, Qualcomm Already confirmed adreno 740 is coming to Windows, probably will be available to other os too.
And we have cross Application like Emulators (Dolphin, Yuzu, Citra, ppsspp) etc

How gddr6 bandwidth compare... moreWhat Gddr6? Its Steam deck, as other rdna2 igp it use device ram, Same Lpddr5 like phone, Deck is High clocked 5500MT/S while phone are 3200 and 4200 respectively, Deck has More Bandwidth but bandwidth alone doesnt determine how powerfull Gpu is.
Also Cinebench isnt cross platform whats the point of including it here? I gave you geekbench score and these are spec score

In spec2016 A14 was already equivalent of Zen 3 and Modern sd soc already reached A14 perfomance, they are also equivalent to Zen 3, Zen 2 in Deck is no where near Current flagship.

The Type A port will still be around for a while. It's not going away any time soon.

it's great to have 3dmark wild life score of 20.000 or something, but if it has no apps to uses that performance, then it all wastes.

-radeon 680M median score 3.9K
-Adreno 740 median score 3.7k
Those score 680M was clocked 2.4Ghz while adreno 740 is just 0.6ghz, Deck would be slower than both because its clocked lower and has just 8CU.

Data transfer speed depends on the other components. The flash storage will probably bottleneck it. We've seen many so-called USB3.0 and above android type C ports, but the speed just isn't there.
