Sujoy Bera, 28 Aug 2023Miui is a copy of iPhone interface....Why do people even care about this? I'd rather have MIUI's notification shade/quick toggles than stock Android's because it takes less clicks and swipes.

The real problems with MIUI are the ads and how heavy it is. It was struggling and hesitating on a phone with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1.

        Honor fold better

          Not in the market yet however review cons have 4 items of concerned per the review

          "Somewhat limited software implementation for the large screen.
          Tendency to overheat under prolonged load, both CPU and GPU.
          No AF on the ultrawide camera.
          Some hiccups in video stabilization, no 4K video on the telephotos."

          I was in the MI store in our city. The top phone model available to buy is the Xiaomi 13 Pro

          I couldn't even look at an earlier model

          if memory serves the Honor Magic V2 is not as compromised and soon theOppo Fold (I hope in Gold) have you seen the Oppo Flip images?

          As I am mid contract I can wait for the 2024

          People love the phone but TOO MUCH HASSLE.

          Even if Samsung brings out an affordable model it will still cost more and offer less.
          (and I didn't even mention Google Pixel Fold. ..negatively)

            I read their review, and the Mix Fold 3 really doesn't have good enough cameras. First of all, everything on the main camera module should be 50MP. Secondly, the ultrawide has no autofocus and cannot focus close enough for a macro even if it had that. Thirdly, the the two telephotos use the garbage Samsung sensor that is 1/3.94"-type, which is just way too small. Fourthly, the selfie cameras should've had autofocus, and should be something more like 12MP so that there is better low-light level performance.

                Maybe it’s the best foldable in China only, it’s very disappointing that Xiaomi will not release it globally.
                For now Samsung is the king of foldable worldwide, hope that Honor can do something with it Magic V2 which will release globally on 1st of September.
                Honor Foldable is better from Xiaomi Fold 3 on paper.

                  The Mix Fold 3 looks nice, and its features are great. But its hinge looks suspect. Not sure its steady and can be flexed at different angles.

                    I'm interested in this form factor but will buy one only when they are durable enough. Currently you can dent the display with your fingernails 😐

                            It's hard for Mix Fold to comes to global market if majority of people still had that "Samsung and One UI better" mentality.

                              Would have been a good phone if it were released for the global market, but anyway...
